A Better World: Photography and Charity
The diary of a photographer this summer also has full pages of shooting, it seems that there is no end, which on the one hand is a good and positive situation, while on the other hand it is a little exhausting and cries out for a break. August's hot summer days, all working in turn, it was necessary to take at least one day off, a day to restart. The decision was not difficult to make, to took the train to Lapovo at 7:40 a.m. and it was easy to say, to a much better world - horse asylum Old Hill. ☺️
Horses - those wonderful and beloved creatures - I always look forward to them! On the recommendation of a friend, we went on that free Saturday, and on the Open Day, to visit Old Hill horse asylum in Lapovo, an asylum whose goal is to rescue, rehabilitate and care for horses. It fills your heart when you hear about the amount of kindness in people who treat animals humanely. In today's too fast and quite alienated time, not only from ourselves, but also from nature itself, the world that surrounds us, it is very necessary to appreciate and support people who help and take care of animals in a selfless way. People from this Asylum certainly deserve it with their hard work and love. ❤️
How the asylum works, why horses lick salt, which spot on the horse's body they like to scratch the most, what they like to knock - these are just some of the interesting things you will find out while enjoying the company of wonderful creatures, in nature and in the fresh air - an invaluable restart for the soul and body, the recommendation is definite! ☺️
P:S. photography also contributed, stole all those priceless moments of life in the Asylum, while promoting a healthy system of values, a noble treatment of everything that was given to us, and horses are certainly part of our story, the story called life on Earth, let's make it more beautiful! ❤️
